These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user", "customer") and SHACHO PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Clothique website (the "Website"). By accessing, browsing or placing an order on the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to place an order on the Website. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices displayed on the Website are accurate. Colours and finishes may vary slightly due to photography and display settings. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless stated otherwise. In the event of an obvious pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, even after an order has been confirmed.

5. Orders & Payments

Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected product(s), which we may accept or decline at our discretion — including in cases of suspected fraud, unavailability of stock, payment failure, or errors in pricing or product information. Full or partial payment (as applicable to the payment method chosen) is required at the time of placing an order. We use third-party payment gateways to process online payments; your payment information is handled directly by these providers in accordance with their own security standards and is not stored on our servers.
