Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an order placed on Clothique.

1. Cancellation Before Shipping

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel, go to "My Orders", select the relevant order, and choose the cancellation option, or contact our support team at support@clothique.online with your order number.

2. Cancellation After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return once the order is delivered, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

3. Cancellations by SHACHO PRIVATE LIMITED

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases including but not limited to: unavailability of stock, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, suspected fraudulent activity, or if the delivery address falls outside our serviceable locations. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

4. Refunds on Cancellation

For prepaid orders that are cancelled, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of cancellation. For Cash on Delivery orders, no charge is applicable if cancelled before dispatch.
