Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed, and further updates as your order is processed and dispatched.

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your delivery location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather, regional restrictions or logistics delays.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below this threshold. Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed at checkout before you place your order.

4. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship to most pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

You can track the status of your order at any time from the "My Orders" section after logging in. Order status is updated as it progresses through Placed, Confirmed, Shipped, Out for Delivery and Delivered stages.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order. If delivery is unsuccessful after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us, and you will be contacted regarding next steps.
